Jiaxing Subsea Engineering Products (SEP) Co., Ltd. was established in 2014. As a national high-tech enterprise, SEP has always focused on technological innovation in the field of flexible composite pipelines. The company's intelligent manufacturing base is located in Binhai New Area, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. It has 8 fully automatic production lines and specializes in producing 2-8 inch flexible composite pipes with a maximum working pressure of 32 MPa. The annual production capacity reaches 2000 kilometers.
The flexible composite pipes produced by SEP according to API Specification 17J and API Specification 15S are certified by American Petroleum Institute. SEP has established a full process quality management control system from raw materials to finished products according to ISO 9001 and API Q1.
Our Professional Technical Team
SEP's technical team is led by globally renowned experts in the field of offshore engineering, including academicians from the Norwegian Academy of Technical Sciences, the Royal Academy of Engineering, the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences, and the Russian Academy of Engineering. They have demonstrated outstanding technical strength in the field of onshore and offshore oil and gas production. SEP has over 30 independent intellectual property rights related to flexible pipes. Our technical team has published more than 20 monographs on flexible pipes and offshore engineering, and more than 200 professional papers, promoting technological innovation on offshore flexible pipelines.
