SEP manufactured the 2-inch steel skeleton reinforced composite pipe (PSP) according to the API 17J standard was successfully installed in Lake Maracaibo, Venezuela, in April 2017. It is used for the transportation of natural gas containing acidic media, and the client is Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA).

From August 2024 to April 2025, 580km 17J of 2, 4, and 6-inch flexible pipes were delivered to North American Blue Energy Partner Company,

specification: 2 inches - 2300psi, 4 inches - 1500psi, 6 inches - 1500psi, for offshore gas and crude oil with water depth 40m.

In Dec 2018, 62km 6 inch 1000psi Reinforced Flexible Pipelines were successfully installed in Southwest Oilfield for CNPC.

In April 2019, 1.8km 5 inch 1000 psi Reinforced Flexible Pipeline was successfully installed in Qinghai Oilfield for CNPC.

In Nov 2022, 4.4 km 6 inch Reinforced Flexible Pipelines were successfully installed at Chongqing for gas field water for Chongqing Shale Gas Exploration and Development Co., Ltd.

In Nov. 2023, SEP Provided one reel of 2 inch 4MPa/580psi Glass-fiber Reinforced Flexible Pipe with Gas barrier layer for Project: Natural Gas Valve Station Pure Hydrogen Blending Hydrogen Technical Renovation in Wuhai Low Carbon Industrial Park for Client: Western Natural Gas Ltd., the first Hydrogen Conveying Flexible Pipe Project in China.

Total 24 km of 3 inch 2250psi, 6 km 4 inch 2250psi, 4 inch 1500psi and 6 inch 1500psi Flexible Pipe were produced for Mining Industry in Chile in Dec. 2023.
