Product structure
The steel cord pipe is reinforced with high strength steel wire
rope prefabricated strip. Compared to fiberglass and flat steel
strips, wire rope has a higher unit tension, so it is more efficient to
obtain high pressure in larger diameter pipes. At the same time,
wire rope is a very soft rope, so the finished RTP is more flexible
and easy to wrap around the reel. It is more economical than
synthetic fibers such as Kevlar and carbon fiber, and has better
temperature resistance and elongation than glass fiber.
